I have some pomegranate seed & juice left over in the fridge. This is what I’ll have for breakfast. Greek yoghurt (substitute for dairy-free alternative if you prefer) with pomegranate juice, sunflower seeds and oats/quinoa puffs/the grain of your choice.
I love making yoghurt bowls. Endless variations, always delicious.
